created by bec and alli, two passionate personal trainers and runners in melbourne who want to help inspire and push anyone with a goal, and SPECIficALLY in this case, with running!

bec and alli have both completed their fair share of long distance running, including half marathons and full marathons! Knowing how amazing the achievement of completing a long-term running goal feels, inspired them to create running programs to bring to you.

  • How do i know which program to purchase?
    Simply send us an enquiry below and we will contact you directly and RECOMMEND a program for you!

  • I have had previous injuries, but i want to run! how should i go about this?
    We understand running puts a lot of stress on the body. We are working on bringing you strength programs to put to use in conjunction with your running program in order to minimise risk of injury. strength training will help you reduce risk on injury and progress any current or lingering ones!
