I have played sport or been a member of a gym for many of my 49years of my life. I enjoy training in a group and had never really had one on one PT before so decided to follow a friend to a trial session with Bec. I am pretty goal oriented and love to learn the science of training which Bec understood. I have moved from paired PT to solo sessions with her and also attended her HIIT sessions (which fed my group training love) as well as nutrition assessment and meal planning. I managed to change my body composition thanks to Bec’s focused training and her nutritional knowledge. Bec understood this though and much of my training also included undoing incorrect ideas I had formed around weight training, cardio and my diet.
I feel I have gained a friend as well as a health and fitness mentor in Bec and she has inspired me to continue with my fitness journey to be a healthier person at 50 than at 40. I can say hands down, I love working with Bec. She is my first gym coach ever and I wouldn’t want any other. Bec pushes me past my limits and allows me to achieve goals I never thought of perusing in my life.

The coaching that Bec has provided me over the duration she has been training me, has allowed me to be confident in the gym, helped with my hockey, boost my mental and physical health and so much more.
Although Bec is an amazing coach and has done absolute wonders in supporting my fitness and health journey, I gained a great friend too. I always look forward to training sessions so we can catch up on life and have a fun time. She is like my big sister and I’m her little sister or unicorn.
